There is virtually no effort involved, as aiio functions directly in the browser as a cloud application and does not need to be installed. However, it may be necessary for an IT administrator in your company to accept the required permissions.
You do not pay any implementation costs for aiio, only the licenses per user. We distinguish between 4 license types, in 3 different modes. In the smallest function mode, the Exploration mode, a Viewer license costs €0.90 per month, a Contributor license costs €6.90 per month and a Manager license costs €12.90 per month. There is also an Executive license for €19.90 per month.
Yes, aiio can be cancelled monthly if the monthly payment method was selected when ordering.
Of course! In the free test phase, you can create as many processes as you want. You also have no license limit and can test aiio with all your colleagues.
If you test aiio and create processes, for example, these will not be lost if you decide to use aiio after the test phase. You can seamlessly switch from the test phase to the live system. If you decide against aiio, we will simply delete your data.
