Your first 25 licenses are already included in aiio's standard configurations: 15 viewers, 5 contributors, 3 managers and 2 executives. This configuration is our 'recipe for success' from over 180 customers: Among them, customers often don't see the full ROI because too few people can join for real process improvements. These 25 users are your perfect start - and can of course be expanded as required in the configurator.

aiio turns everyone into a process expert, not just IT. Instead of complicated BPMN training, you use AI support and simplified workflows. While traditional tools document, aiio actively optimizes - with our AI agents that suggest improvements in seconds.
With aiio, you can choose between a monthly or annual contract term. If you continue to be convinced by aiio, the contract is automatically extended by the currently selected interval - without any additional effort on your part. Monthly contracts have a notice period of 15 days, annual contracts can be terminated within 30 days before automatic contract renewal.
Once you have Microsoft Teams up and running, aiio. setup takes less than 30 minutes, without an IT project. With the aiio Academy, we also offer you free tutorials to help you get started with aiio.
