How are the necessary Azure permissions configured correctly?

The necessary permissions in Azure can be created in 4 easy steps.

Step 1:

Go to https://portal.azure.com/ and switch to Active Directory.

Step 2:

In Active Directory, switch to enterprise applications and click on aiio there (marked in red).

Step 3:

The overview of the aiio application will open. Click on Permissions in the navigation (1). In the following view, click on the blue button (2). (Don't be surprised: All permissions have already been accepted in the screenshot shown here)

Step 4:

The following window will open, where you have to click on Accept.
