Swimlanes and locations

New functions at a glance

• In modeling there are also the hotly awaited swimlanes. The swimlanes can be divided into different levels and are named by free text fields, departments, roles, employees and workgroups.

• In the left menu navigation there is a new tab: "Locations". Here, locations can be created and linked to employees, departments and processes. From the location table, one can navigate directly to the linked processes.

• In the employee list it is possible to view the details of employees and to write to them directly via e-mails (when clicking on the e-mail Outlook opens automatically)

• The linked documents can be opened in the browser. It is no longer necessary to download them to open them
