After many months of intensive work by our team at aiio here in Magdeburg, the time has finally come: the world premiere of our new process management tool "aiio", fully integrated into Microsoft365, is imminent! We are all very excited, a little excited - and above all mighty proud to be able to give the world a tool that will forever change the way processes become a lived part of corporate culture.

What is it about?
Today, modern quality and process management must rely on digital tools as a matter of course and throughout, otherwise the multitude of requirements from processes, standards and the transfer of knowledge about their application as well as the effects on daily work are no longer manageable. But in order to successfully reach the entire workforce of a company and, at the end of the day, to make those who were previously only affected into full participants in terms of quality, more is needed than just complex software with as many features as possible. Jobst von Heintze, Managing Director of aiio GmbH, presents statistics and trends, some of which are surprising, which he determined from more than 120 interviews with companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In particular, the dramatic change in working reality "post-Covid" will permanently change the world of conventional thinking in the area of tool selection for process and quality management. As a result of this research, a checklist of 5 central questions has emerged that all those tasked with the selection of a future-proof process and quality management can immediately take into their daily work.
