For the "Leading Software" study, CHIP.de, together with Globis, surveyed employees who regularly work with business software and evaluated the tools they use. 129 software providers were included in the evaluation, which included functionality, customer service, user-friendliness, price-performance ratio and recommendation(the results of the entire survey can be found at CHIP.de)
