Theoretical foundations, practical applications and new approaches to usage, presented by real experts - at "AI: Very practical for you!" there was something for everyone! Interested parties and experts gathered in the fantastic setting "Unter den Linden" at Deutsche Bank AG to exchange ideas on the topic of AI.
Use AI for companies today
Jobst von Heintze kicked off the day. With his presentation on the benefits that AI can already provide for companies today, Jobst laid a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the following speakers.
Jobst was followed by the presentation by Sebastian Wellmann (Euromobil GmbH). He showed the expert audience how Euromobil uses AI to check and optimize its processes in aiio for correctness and completeness. He also presented the results of the scan2aiio import - the latest AI function from aiio, which makes it possible to convert hundreds of PDF pages of organizational knowledge into process knowledge within minutes and import it directly into aiio.
After an intensive exchange phase among the participants, Lisa Brückner from ABB Busch-Jaeger Elektro GmbH continued after the break. In her presentation, she took the audience on an AI-supported journey: from the identification of the lived actual processes at ABB to the harmonization of these with the already documented processes – an exciting insight into the connection between real practice and formal process documentation.
At the end of AI: Very practical for you, a special highlight awaited the participants: two proven experts in AI theory provided exciting insights into research and development. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sebastian von Enzberg (Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences) and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sebastian Schlesinger (Berlin School of Economics and Law) discussed the status and perspectives of Artificial Intelligence in Germany together with our colleague Lars Bendler. In addition to current developments, the two professors also shared insights into their own research – an inspiring outlook for all those interested in the theoretical foundations and future of AI.
