Target group addressing - your processes, your rules

Less confusion, more focus and better visibility! Define who can see which content in aiio. Sensitive processes remain protected, while you can only show your teams the processes that are really relevant to them.

Specifically, you can better protect compliance-critical content & sensitive data with just a few clicks, while at the same time reducing the complexity of your processes for each department. Incidentally, this is also very practical for training new colleagues (to reduce "so much at once" irritation) and for integrating external partners into your aiio.

Full text search - Find everything, instantly

The search engine for your process knowledge! With the new full-text search, you can immediately find the information you need with a keyword. Means even less of a learning curve for your team as to where to find what in the system! If you know how Google and co. work, you can now find all the information about your process, organization or resources and requirements. This saves you and your team even more valuable minutes every day!

Editable overview pages - Your aiio, your way

Who are we to tell you what information you want to see? That's why you can customize the overview pages in aiio. Show the information about processes & process groups, requirements, resources and employees that are important for your work.

13(!) new interface languages are now available! Including: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Polish, Czech, Italian, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Bulgarian.

Further noticeable improvements in the overview:
