Modeler optimization, multiple org charts & AI model switch

Organisational chart

Requested by many, now it's here: Multiple organizational charts can be created within aiio. Whether for different locations or individual teams, each organizational group can now be modelled individually.

Modeler

A number of improvements have been made to the modeler, including

- Shift key: Connect arrows with swimlanes and precisely determine the entry point in shapes

- Right-angled connectors: no more slanted lines (unless of course you like it slanted ;) )

- Space bar: Determine the exit direction of connectors (horizontal/vertical)

- Repositioning of connectors: Drag already linked connectors to other shapes

- Esc key: Cancels the active selection of shapes

- Full-screen mode: More space for modeling

- Subprocesses: Always in the latest version when opening

Permits

In the approval dialog, changes can be documented directly & displayed to the approver.

Processes

Some improvements have been made to the handling of processes:

- Process ownership: use of role, department, staff unit and external partner

- PDF export: Export processes directly from the list

- Contributor license: Assignment as process editor possible

Search, sorting and filtering

- Filter: Filter by all types of process owners

- Employee list: Sort by name, job title, telephone number and e-mail

- Process sorting: Affects subordinate processes
