Multi-level Organizational Charts

Organizational structures can now be modeled and navigated across multiple levels.

Your advantage: You maintain an overview even in complex company hierarchies (5+ levels) without getting lost in nested structures. Particularly valuable for corporations and grown organizations with complex reporting lines.

Activity Types in Processes

Process steps can now be assigned specific types, which are visualized by corresponding symbols.

Your advantage: Teams understand processes at a glance without having to read lengthy descriptions. Significantly reduces queries and misunderstandings - especially when onboarding new employees.

Improved Navigation & Lists

  • Revised main navigation for faster access
  • Optimized lists for processes, employees, resources, and locations
  • Harmonized display for better orientation
  • Breaking Change: Org charts and process landscapes now open with a single click (no longer a double-click)

Why this is important: Fewer clicks, less search time, more time for the actual work.

Enhanced SharePoint Integration

SharePoint references can now be linked directly at the process level, in addition to the existing options at the element level.

Your advantage: All relevant documents are now directly available in the process - no switching between systems is necessary. Reduces media breaks and ensures that important information is not overlooked.

Process overview for all statuses

The process overview now also displays data for processes with the status "New" and "In Capture".

This means: Complete transparency about the progress of process modeling. Process owners immediately see where input is still needed, instead of being surprised during the release.
