aiio has another AI model in its repertoire! Google's Gemini AI can now also be used to optimize processes. There are currently no extra fees for switching to Gemini.

Generate process descriptions with AI

New function bar

The process overview page, the process modeler and the process map have a new function bar, including:

• Button for "Back" navigation
• Display of the process status
• Display of the process title
• Harmonized display of all function buttons

Modeler improvements

• The internal ID of drawing elements is visible in the process modeler
• Text shapes in all modelers can be resized as required
• As soon as a process has been modeled via the distributed process recording, all added models can be viewed even after a version has been accepted
• Process groups can be clicked in the process list if a drawing exists for them on the process map
• When opening an outdated process version (e.g. via an external link), you are automatically redirected to the latest published version
• When people are removed from the employee list, all affected aiio elements are updated
