1. process maps completely rethought.

While only one process map could be modeled in the previous version, an infinite number of maps can now be modeled. These can be created next to each other or nested within each other.

The user interface has been adapted to the style of the already familiar process modeling.

Summary of the new possibilities:

  • Several process maps can be modeled.
  • Process maps can be modeled several levels deep.
  • In addition to process groups, specific processes or containers can also be modeled on the drawing for a better overview.
  • Shapes placed on the drawing can be adapted to your own color preferences.
  • Images and texts can also be placed on the drawing as a visual supplement.
  • Known metadata from the system, such as roles, departments, locations or documents, can be linked to the shapes. (Links that have already been set are displayed here)

2. the process list now supports process groups

You can now create process groups in the process list and nest processes within them. You can also move process groups into process groups and processes into processes. If you want to change the assignment of entries in the process list, this is now also possible - simply by drag & drop, or via the familiar "Edit dialog", which can be accessed via the three dots.

A title in bold indicates that this is a process group.
